Northshore Family Health and Fitness Expo & Rock the Road 10k, 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk.
The Rock the Road 10k, 5k and 1 MIle Fun Run/Walk will be held on October 17, 2015 at 8:30am. Rock the Road takes 10k & 5k to the next level! USATF/RRCA Certified 5K (#LA15004TY) and 10k (#LA15005TY) and is a qualifier course for the Crescent City Classic! Featuring a beautiful, flat course,medals and t-shirts for 10k & 5k participants, cash prizes, top male & female award in 7 divisions and an award for the most represented fitness facility. Drawings for exciting door prizes! Package pickup will be on Friday, October 16, 8:30am - 7:00pm and final pickup will be Saturday, October 17, 7:00am - 8:00am, at the Northshore Health & Fitness Expo. Awards will take place inside the expo on Saturday following the race.
